BeeNSync was born from both friendship and professional expertise. Leilani and Nikki's bond began at RealtyShares in 2017, where they discovered their shared love for dogs and became the go-to babysitters for each other's furry family members.

Years later, when Leilani met Wayne at Actualize Coding Bootcamp and they connected over their passion for solving complex problems with elegant technology, she knew exactly who could bring the missing design piece to their vision.
